Here are my top 3 Mothers Day ideas...and one bonus idea.
Digital Photo Frame
My absolute favorite Mother's Day gift idea is a digital photo frame. There are a lot of options, but I think being able to email photos is a must! This feature makes it easy to update the photos remotely, so that your Mom can enjoy new photos all year long. Also, the bigger the better! I like the look of this wood one on Amazon.
Handwritten Sign
Another idea is a handwritten sign. For this one, you can submit handwriting examples, and get a three dimensional version cut from wood and mounted in a beautiful frame. One idea is to incorporate handwriting from each of the children to tell Mom "We Love You!". This is such a meaningful & personal gift, which is perfect for Mother's Day.
Time Off
The third idea is time off. Being a mom can be exhausting, and everyone deserves a little "time off." I suggest hiring someone to clean her house, going out to dinner, or even taking a weekend getaway! This idea can be as small or large as you want it to be, but I'm sure it will be much appreciated. Don't forget to include a card, and a handwritten note to tell your mom just how much you love and appreciate her.
Photo Or Video Shoot
One bonus idea - a photo or video shoot. One thing moms love is capturing memories, and having a "mom and me" photo shoot or a family video made can freeze time in a way nothing else can. If you've never had a family video made - it's similar to a family photo session, but instead of (or in addition to) photos you get a video. It captures movement and sound, and is one of my favorite things! Your family will love to watch the video for years to come! It's a gift that gets better with time.
I hope these can be helpful in celebrating Mother's Day this year. However you choose to do it, make sure you show your mom lots of love this year!
